A Christmas Wish for Santa =)

Dear Santa,

It’s been a tough year for most of the world. Loved ones around me have had health problems that seem to get worse with each day, friends lost loved ones and everyone including myself is

uncertain about the future of our home country.

Santa, It’s hard to deny that this past year has been difficult on everyone around the world including - the United States. With everything that is going on in politics today that is putting our democracy in danger with the current president of the United States along with the Republican Party running the Senate and Congress. We the people, the rest of country who do not have unlimited wealth are worried about everything! Most Republicans do not seem to care about anyone or anything that might not be in their best interest. difficult

On top of our worries about this country, we are also dealing with our personal lives and that's a little bit of an overload.

Santa, I’m sure you know that I’ve had a difficult year, just as many others around the world. I want nothing more than all of my dreams to come true, especially, that one very special wish. I have traveled half way around the world to make that wish in Rome because I believed.

However, this year my wish is that - everyone finds peace and happiness in whatever that maybe in their hearts. The world has become dangerous and the kindness that I grew up with is dying. I'm hopeful that there will be peace brought to the United States, the type of peace where being kind is put back in humankind. The type of environment where neighbors get to know each other and help each other despite their origin, color of skin or beliefs. I know that no matter where in the world people live, they can all be an example of greatness.

For the next year and as long as it takes, I wish that - this world improves by people caring about each other, people paying attention to politics not only in their own countries but around the world and everyone finds inner peace and true lasting love. Without these things, the world will fall apart.

Love will can exist and hopeful wishes can come true because all great things come from the strings of our heart that make us believe in something more than ourselves.

Now Santa, I know that this list a whole lot for you to do. But I still believe in the greater good and in magic when it is least expected.

I hope you can make my Christmas wish come true.
